As of 1 May 2005 ALL appointments at ‘Nikki Hart Nutrition Ltd’ must be paid at
the time of your appointment.

All previous arrangements will now cease.

Invoices will still be issued on request BUT must be paid by 20th of each month!

Receipts will still be issued on request BUT will only be printed at the end of each month.

We accept cash, cheque or eftpos. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit
cards.

Payments made via Internet (Direct Banking) may be made – BUT must be paid within 5 days of your appointment – failure to do this will result in cash/eftpos options only for future payments.

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy in regards to payment for late cancellations or missed appointments

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel and can give me notice before 7pm on the evening before
the day of your appointment, there will be no charge!

If you have to cancel and do so after 7pm on the evening before the day of your appointment, the full charge of the 30 or 15 minute consultation will apply!

Please understand that you are very important to me in terms of your goals and success however to keep my schedule running smoothly I need as much notice as possible for cancellations.
